Springer® Mask 101 by Marie Bensmail – Biospringer Innovation Project Manager

In my opinion, Springer® Mask is a real innovation as it does not bring any salty or sweet notes. It enables to erase the bitterness or the metallic notes brought by sweeteners like the Stevia, but also the "cardboard" notes of the plant proteins. Springer® Mask could be compared to the treatment of sound because it erases and neutralizes the products' off-notes, like a sound engineer would do when erasing the undesired sounds of a recording.

This project is innovative as Biospringer wanted to reach its clients on new applications, like sweet applications & beverages..
